Mission
The Corporation's purpose is to develop manage and operate a culture park in the City of Durango, Colorado that offers scientific, artistic and educational programs, services and events in the area of Science, Theater, Education, Art and Music (STEAM) for the benefit of the citizens of Durango, students and educators in the region's public schools, students and faculty of Fort Lewis College, residents in the Four Corners region of southwestern Colorado and visitors to the area. To accomplish its purpose the Corporation may seek to collaborate with other non-profit organizations which fall under the 501(c)(3) section of the Internal Revenue Code and are operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.
