AN UNCOMPROMISING COMMITMENT TO THE POOR INSPIRES THE SEYMOUR INSTITUTE'S MISSION BECAUSE OF THE GREATER VULNERABILITY OF ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED POPULATIONS TO THE HARMS THAT ARISE FROM IMPROPER SOCIETAL ACTION IN THE AREAS OF CONCERN.
