FITWORTH IS AN ACTIVE CAMPAIGN FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF FORT WORTH'S SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN AND CREATE A CULTURE OF HEALTH. FITWORTH IS A COMMUNITY WIDE HEALTH MOVEMENT THAT EMBRACES HEALTHIER LIFESTYLES BY PROVIDING CHOICES, EDUCATION, AND MOTIVATION. FITWORTH IS A BROAD-BASED PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP THAT PROVIDES A CORE FOR MULTIPLE PROJECTS AIMED AT FAMILIES (CHILDREN AGE 5 TO 18 AND CARE GIVING ADULTS) AND COORDINATES EXISTING RESOURCES STRUCTURED PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER NONPROFIT AND COMMUNITY AGENCIES.
