Mission
The California Chapter of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals is an affiliated chapter of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). Pursuant to an affiliate agreement, the APMP receives annual rebates, which are paid quarterly and based on the number of members enrolled in the California Chapter of the APMP. These rebates represent a portion of the membership dues paid by each member and collected by the parent organization. These rebates fund chapter activities at the local level such as local networking events, virtual career strategy sessions, or other educational events. The Chapter also organizes an annual conference to support professional education, networking, and industry engagement. Conference revenue consists of attendees' registration fees and sponsorships received from organizations that participate and are represented at the conference.
