Mission
KIZ Foundation Inc. is dedicated to supporting charitable educational and community-based initiatives. A primary focus of the Foundation is the administration and support of scholarship programs and youth development initiatives. During the tax year KIZ Foundation Inc. served as the fiscal agent for four scholarship programs. In this capacity the Foundation provided financial oversight fund management and disbursement services to ensure that all scholarship funds were administered in accordance with donor intent and applicable regulatory requirements. Responsibilities included receiving and safeguarding scholarship funds maintaining appropriate financial records and disbursing awards to selected recipients. Scholarship recipients were selected based on established criteria determined by the respective scholarship program committees. All disbursements were made exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.
