Mission
The purpose of the Raleigh Camerata is to cultivate, promote, foster, sponsor, and develop understanding, taste, and love of the musical arts and especially to promote interest in historically informed performance on period instruments within the central North Carolina area. The Raleigh Camerata is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. To this end, the organization shall at all times be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
