Mission
The Organization is organized to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law and more specifically to present theatrical productions in the Chicago area The corporations creative focus particularly includes but is not limited to outdoor Shakespeare in the park productions presented in partnership with Chicago parks The corporation will provide cultural and educational programming and reach families in the neighborhoods in which performances are presented
