THE FAMILY RECOVERY PROGRAM'S MISSION IS TO STRENGTHEN AND BROADEN OPPORTUNITIES FOR FAMILIES AFFECTED BY SUBSTANCE ABUSE THROUGH A HOLISTIC ARRAY OF SERVICES WITH JUDICIAL AND PARTNER OVERSIGHT AND TO HELP PARENTS WHO HAVE LOST CUSTODY OF THEIR CHILDREN BECAUSE OF DRUGS AFFECTED AND/OR ALCOHOL TO BREAK FREE FROM ADDICTION AND REUNITE THEIR FAMILIES QUICKLY BY CONNECTING PARENTS WITH SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT AND A FULL RANGE OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, INCLUDING MENTAL HEALTH CARE, TRANSPORTATION, HOUSING ASSISTANCE AND CASE MANAGEMENT.
