CTC SERVICES SCDJJ INCARCERATED YOUTH AND SC RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOMES. WE ALSO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR DISPLACED CHILDREN. AT CTC THE YOUTH ATTEND THE CENTER WEEKLY FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED SERVICES. A LIGHT MEAL IS PROVIDED AS MANY PARTICIPANTS RESIDE IN FOOD DESERTS.
