Mission
College Outreach connects all 28,000 rural students at all 82 high schools in Western Colorado with college and career opportunities. We provide access by hosting an annual Colorado Western Slope College Fair bringing 250+ colleges and career and technical programs to meet with 3,000+ students. We provide tools for students to attain their educational goals, including 35+ post secondary planning workshops at our College Fair. We follow up throughout the school year with (1) classroom visits, (2) evening seminars for students and families, (3) high school counselor symposiums,and (4) 24/7 website college and career planning resources throughout the school year. All offerings are free and available in Spanish.
