CHARLENE'S ANGELS RECEIVED ACCREDITATION TO PROVIDE SERVICES UNDER THE INDIANA MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES WAIVER PROGRAM, AGED AND DISABLED WAIVER AS WELL AS CHOICE THROUGH CICOA. CHARLENE'S ANGELS IS ALSO ACCREDITED BY CARF.
