THE MISSION IS TO BRING TOGETHER SOME OF THE MOST COMPETITIVE HOCKEY PLAYERS FROM ALL ACROSS NEW ENGLAND AND NEW YORK STATE. THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE A HIGH LEVEL OF HOCKEY WHILE PROMOTING PARTICIPATION AT THE LOCAL LEVEL.
