FURTHER, THE CENTER WILL SEEK TO ASSIST IN THE RESTORATION ITS VETERANS TO CIVILIAN LIFE, THROUGH COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS WITH OTHER AGENCIES AND THE ORGANIZATION'S ASSOCIATES, BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO MENTAL, PHYSICAL, AND EDUCATIONAL REHABILITATIVE SERVICES.
