Mission
The Purpose of the corporation is to (a) be organized exclusively for charitable, religious, education and scientific purposes includes, for such purpose, the making of distributions to first responders organization within the Borough of Avalon, NJ that qualify as exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future tax code. (b) Engage in any and all lawful purpose, activities and pursuits, which are substantially similar to the foregoing and which are or may hereafter be authorized by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
