Mission
Prytanean Women's Honor Society is an educational and service oriented nonprofit organization dedicated to recognizing and honoring the scholastic achievement of undergraduate women at the University of California, Davis. The organization promotes academic excellence, leadership development, and fellowship among women with diverse backgrounds, goals, and interests. Through a wide range of community service initiatives, campus engagement projects, and collaborative programs with local organizations, Prytanean provides meaningful service to both the university and the broader Yolo County community. Established to support women's success in higher education, the society continues to uphold its founding purpose of empowering women, fostering supportive networks, and securing recognition for women of achievement.
