WE WORK WITH THE HEALTH CARE PROVIDER COMMUNITY - HOSPITALS, CLINICS, NURSING HOMES, PHYSICIAN PRACTIICES, AND HOME HEALTH AGENCIES - TO ENSURE THAT WE ARE DELIVERING HEALTH CARE IN SAFE, HIGH QUALITY, AND EVIDENCE BASED WAYS.
