It is the mission of Education Minnesota Grand Rapids- Bigfork Local 1314 to advocate for the professional and economic well-being of its members and to promote excellence in Independent School District 318 Grand Rapids- Bigfork. The mission of Education Minnesota Grand Rapids- Bigfork Local 1314 is to promote the social and economic welfare of its members, to improve teaching, to promote educational interests and advance standards of education, to enhance and unify members engaged in the profession and to create and perpetuate civic and economic betterment.
