Mission
Tender Hearts Ministries had the following assistances for 2025: *Total Charity Tracker assistances: 8488 *Total Client Count: 3,336 (Female 1,804/Male 1,532) *9 Month House of Hope Homeless Shelter: 19 total clients * 24 Month Transitional Housing Program: 16 clients *Provided transportation vehicles to 14 individuals (cars, mopeds, or bicycles) *Fire Victims: 13 individuals. *Food pantry: 360 families with 899 assistances. *Homebound Senior Citizens Monthly Food Delivery: 81 homes delivered to 100 clients. *Baby needs:321 babies received diapers, wipes, formula, and/or baby food *Community Baby Shower: 55 Mothers in attendance receiving free diapers, wipes, diaper bags and access to other local infant care resources *Canned Food given out: 28,884.40 pounds. *Young Ladies received dresses, shoes, purses, etc for their High School Proms: 142 *Christmas Outreach: Children were provided with Christmas toys, clothes and stocking stuffers: total 1.435 (York County 1,162/Chester County 273)
