Mission
The Forum of Regional Arts Councils of Minnesota is a consortium of the eleven Regional Arts Councils that serve all Minnesota counties, providing continuous improvement of the individual councils through implementation of best practices in programming, management, and leadership development and information for Minnesota artists and organizations. The Forum provides a means for regional arts councils to work on common collaborative projects that serve the needs of the statewide arts community, work on common issues and concerns, provide an opportunity for regional arts council directors to network with their statewide counterparts and take part in professional development activities related to grant making, leadership and management.
