(THE ORGANIZATION), IS A MINNESOTA NON- PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO PREVENT CRUELTY TO ANIMALS; PROVIDE SHELTER, EMERGENCY AND OTHER MEDICAL CARE; AND TO FIND GOOD ADOPTIVE HOMES FOR CATS, DOGS, AND OTHER ANIMALS. IN ADDITION, TO PROVIDE SUPPORT EDUCATION AND CHARITY THAT PROMOTES THE HEALTH, SAFETY, AND WELFARE OF THESE ANIMALS WITHIN A NO-KILL PHILOSOPHY, AND TO ASSURE THAT HOMELESS ANIMALS THAT COME INTO ITS CARE ARE PROVIDED A SAFE HAVEN FOR AS LONG AS NECESSARY.
