Mission
The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, social, and cultural purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. No part of its net earnings may benefit private individuals except for reasonable compensation for services rendered The organization does not participate in political campaigns or engage in substantial lobbying activities, except as permitted under applicable 501(c)(3) rules. Upon dissolution, all assets will be distributed to another 501(c)(3) organization or a government entity for public purposes.
