TO PROVIDE AND ENSURE PRESERVATION OF HISTORICAL ARTIFACTS AND STORYLINES OF WEBSTER TOWNSHIP FOR THE DISPLAY, KNOWLEDGE, LEARNING AND APPRECIATION FOR AREA RESIDENTS AND VISITORS.
