Mission
The CAEAR Coalition Foundation is a non-profit organization that conducts research and educational activities on issues related to the prevention and treatment of HIV AIDS. The Foundation designs and implements programs aimed at addressing the needs of individuals families and communities infected and affected by HIV AIDS and related comorbidities. Services conducted by the Foundation are directed towards people with HIV AIDS; supportive service and healthcare providers; and city county and state health departments.
