THE BUILDING IS LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE BEAVERHEAD CONDOS AND WILL INCLUDE LOCKERS/LOCKER ROOMS, GATHERING AREAS WITH TABLES AND CHAIRS, BATHROOMS, A SIMPLE KITCHEN (MICROWAVE, SINK, REFRIGERATOR), AND A SMALL OFFICE AREA. IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, WE HAVE TO OUTFIT THE INTERIOR WITH THE LOCKERS, CUBBIES, BENCHES, TABLES AND CHAIRS, AND MORE.
