Mission
The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law including specifically the promotion of community development and historic preservation in Downtown Newport Tennessee The Corporation advances these purposes through revitalization initiatives consistent with the Main Street America Four Point Approach
