Mission
The Corporation has been organized for activities consistent with Section 50l(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code") and Section 103.05 of the Act, including, without limitation, as a social club for pleasure, recreation, physician wellness and education, and other similar purposes, including,but not limited to, fund and foster medical staff collaborations and citizenship to secure a safe working environment for all physicians and hospital staff. The Corporation intends to foster a welcoming and vibrant community where physicians can come together to enjoy social and recreational activities. Through various programs, events, and gatherings, promote camaraderie, leisure, and the collective well-being of our physicians and staff.
