Mission
This corporation is a nonprofit organization that shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes, specifically to promote the understanding, appreciation, and application of mathematics. The corporation shall not engage in any activities or exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of its primary exempt purpose under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
