Virginia Coalition of Private Provider Associations VCOPPA was created to provide a unified voice for private providers serving children and families through Virginias Comprehensive Services Act CSA. VCOPPA exists to advocate for quality services influence public policy and funding decisions strengthen collaboration between providers and government agencies and improve outcomes for children and families with special needs and challenges across the Commonwealth.
