Mission
The Endeavor Foundation was established to support The Alaska Community Foundation, an Alaska nonprofit corporation exempt from tax under Code Section 501(c)(3) and described as a public charity in Code Section 509(a)(1). The Alaska Community Foundation raises philanthropic support and makes grants to support charitable causes in the State of Alaska. The mission of The Alaska Community Foundation is inspiring the spirit of giving and connecting people, organizations, and causes to strengthen Alaska's communities now and forever. The Foundation is organized and operated to carry out the same charitable purpose as The Alaska Community Foundation. The Foundation anticipates that it will make grants to or for the benefit of The Alaska Community Foundation, including grants to organizations exempt from tax under Code Section 501(c)(3) that are described as public charities under Code Section 509(a)(1) and 509(a)(2).
