Mission
The purpose of Green Space Romeo is to increase access to public green space for the benefit of all community members and to promote and support green spaces for health and wellness benefits, educational opportunities and improvement to the environment and the quality of life. Our activities include advocacy and fundraising for local public green spaces and parks, volunteer workdays to manage and improve green space, partnership with professionals in the nonprofit, government and private sectors to ensure best practices and regulatory compliance, and partnership with schools to promote outdoor learning experiences.
