Mission
This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, or scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the corporation intends to support causes that assist and support development of research and cure of Gould Syndrome caused by mutations of the COL41 and COL4A2 genes.
