The organization is incorporated solely for charitable purposes. The purpose of the organizationis:A. Our mission is to empower and uplift the communities we live and work in by raising funds to support our charitable activities, including but not limited to fostering local development, providing meaningful workforce development opportunities, and advancing educational initiatives. Through our dedicated efforts, we aim to create sustainable growth and improve the quality of life for all, ensuring that our initiatives make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve;B. To raise funds necessary to sustain the foregoing activities and to expend such fundsexclusively for the corporation's charitable purposes; andC.
