THE PURPOSE OF THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO FURTHUR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AND TO PROMOTE THE LIVESTOCK INDUSTRY OF CLARKE COUNTY. THE PROGRAM PUTS EMPHASIS ON LIVESTOCK QUALITY ASSURANCE THAT TEACHES YOUTH HOW TO RAISE HIGH-QUALITY LIVESTOCK BY EMPHASIZING FOOD SAFETY ANIMAL WELL-BEING AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT.
