ATRF ACCOMPLISHES ITS MISSION BY CONDUCTING SURVEYS AND RESEARCH ON THE COST, OPERATION, AND EFFECTS OF TORT LAWS ON OUR LEGAL SYSTEM AND SOCIETY AS WELL AS COLLECTING, PUBLISHING, AND DISSEMINATING STATISTICAL AND ECONOMIC INFORMATION RELEVANT TO THE LEGAL SYSTEM AND SOCIETY.
