Mission
Abiding Hope, Inc. helps women and families in North Buncombe and Madison Counties that face an unplanned pregnancy as well as parenting issues and challenges. We help women by providing free pregnancy tests, free limited OB ultrasounds to confirm pregnancy and options counseling. We also provide referrals to agencies that can help them with housing, food, clothing, and/or safety if needed. We talk with them throughout their pregnancy supporting the family in getting ready for baby. We provide prenatal and parenting classes that can start in the first trimester and last through the first 2 years of life. We have a mother/baby closet to assist with maternity clothes, baby items and clothes up to 2T for baby. If someone loses their baby due to miscarriage or abortion, we have women and access to counselors that can come alongside and help the family work through their grief. We also invest in our community with our middle school age girls after school program to share about womanhood and
