THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO MANAGE THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND. THE FUND EXISTS TO ENDOW IN PERPETUITY MONIES WHICH ARE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE OF INSURING THAT THE STRUCTURAL, ARCHITECTURAL, AND AESTHETIC QUALITIES OF THE BUILDING AND THE SURROUNDING CHURCHYARD WILL CONTINUE TO BE ENJOYED BY PEOPLE OF ALL FAITHS AND TRADITIONS FOR SUCCEEDING GENERATIONS.
