TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF THEIR LIVES THROUGH ADVISING, COUNSELING, CLAIMS ASSISTANCE, EDUCATION, ADVOCACY AND SPECIAL PROGRAMS. TO ENSURE THAT THEY EACH RECEIVE ALL OF THE BENEFITS AND SERVICES THEY SO WELL DESERVE FOR THE HARDSHIPS THEY HAVE ENDURED.
