Mission
The LBA Foundation (Leaders Believers Achievers) exists to assist youth find their purpose and connect with their community so they can build their best life and become model and productive members of our community and nation. We believe every youth can achieve greateness when they connect to their purpose, connect to mentors and community, and connect to a dream they feel is achieveable with the people and resources we bring to support them. We provide mentorship, career exploration, skills building, academic assistance, and evangelize all career pathways equally---college, skilled trades, entrepreneurship, or career readiness with equal vigor.
