IN ORDER TO VISIT AND PERSONALLY REFLECT AT CERTAIN WAR MEMORIALS BUILT IN THEIR HONOR TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WORLD WAR II MEMORIAL, ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY, IWO JIMA MEMORIAL, AND THE VIETNAM MEMORIAL AT NO EXPENSE TO THE VETERAN.
