At Sheep Dog Impact Assistance (SDIA), our mission is to engage, assist, and empower Sheep Dogs - military personnel, veterans, and first responders and their families, through transformative "Get Off The Couch" programming. By connecting individuals who share similar traumas and experiences, we foster camaraderie and provide opportunities to continue serving. This approach not only improves physical and mental well-being but also plays a critical role in suicide prevention across these communities.
