Mission
a. Provide food, shelter, health care services, and community development support to the poor people of Haiti; b. Conduct fund-raising and obtain contributions in support or the corporations objective and purposes; c. Provide grants in aid to exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code that operated programs in Haiti for the provision of food, shelter, health care services, and community development to the poor people of Haiti; d. Engage in activities necessary or incidental to the main objectives and purposes of the corporation.
