Foothills Harvest Transitional Services Inc. FHTS is a non-profit 5013 organization dedicated to serving individuals who are underserved unsheltered justice-involved or recovering from substance use and alcohol dependency. Since our establishment in 2006 FHTS have provided critical housing and transportation support services individuals transitioning from treatment programs detox centers hospitals prisons jails and homeless shelters. Our mission is to offer hope and comprehensive support helping our clients achieve stability and self-sufficiency through a Faith-Based approach.
