Mission
(1) To protect the civil/human rights - life, liberty and property - of persons in guardianships and conservatorships; (2) To end financial exploitation of their wards' assets by court-appointed fiduciaries instead of conserving them as required by law, forcing wards onto Medicaid at taxpayer expense; (3) To be a support organization for families fighting unlawful and abusive "protectors" who permit due process and other violations of law - including physical and mental abuse and isolation - to occur; and (4) To obtain reform - through outreach, education and advocacy - by meaningful amendment of existing statutes and increased penalties against violations of law.
