ITEC PREPARES A NUMBER OF MICHIGAN YOUTH IN UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES FOR ACADEMIC AND CAREER SUCCESS IN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, AND MATHEMATICS. ITEC STRIVES TO SUCCEED THROUGH CREATIVELY DESIGNED AFTER SCHOOL AND SUMMER PROGRAMS. IN MOST CASES STUDENT PERFORMANCE IMPROVES AND INTEREST IS INCREASED IN THESE SUBJECTS AS WELL AS IN ROBOTICS, WRITING AND DIGITAL MEDIA. ITEC IS MAKING AN IMPACT IN THE COMMUNITY BY DEVELOPING THE REGION'S TALENT AND ENCOURAGING CONTINUED INVOLVEMENT IN STEM.
