Mission
Health care delivery & management: Provide community-based programs, services, and facilities to seniors, disabled and ill persons in their homes and communities. Collaborative care is provided by a team that includes nursing, therapy, personal care, home health aid, medical social work, and other related services. Services were provided regardless of race, ethnicity, creed, or ability to pay. For fiscal year ending 06/30/2025, a total of $6,795 in services was rendered as benevolent care.
