Mission
The objects of this corporation shall be generally to encourage among its members the study of literature, science, and the arts and to promote the morals, convenience and comfort of its members and particularly to collect, control, and direct all funds raised and procured, used and to be used in and for the purchase, alteration, repair, construction, or erection of a chapter house or lodge for the use and occupancy of the members hereof and for the purpose of holding such other real estate and other property as may be necessary to accomplish these objects, and to do all other things incidental and necessary to said objects and not inconsistent with or contrary to law.
