WCB IS A CONSUMER-BASED MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION AND NONPROFIT DEDICATED TO PROMOTING OPPORTUNITY, EQUALITY, AND INDEPENDENCE IN THE BLIND COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATION, PUBLIC AWARENESS, AND ADVOCACY.
