PROGRAMS ARE FORMED TO FOSTER AND ENCOURAGE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT BY EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL, SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY PROGRAMS. OBJECTIVES ARE TO TRAIN YOUTH IN THE AREAS OF AGRICULTURE, HOME ECONOMICS, LIVESTOCK, ART WORK AND HOBBIES.
