Mission
The Delaware Valley Importing Distributors Association(DVIDA) is an association that represents several companies that employ union employees from Teamsters Local 830. The association is organized and shall be administered and operated exclusively to promote and represent the common business interests of and improve business conditions among members of the beverage distributor industry, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(6) of any future federal tax laws. The association's specific mission and activities shall be to provide exclusive representation in collective bargaining with Teamsters Local 830 and to provide assistance to members with respect to the administration of the union contract and general issues relative to member employees covered by the union contract and/or industry/union matters.
