THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PLAN, DESIGN AND DEVELOP A COMPREHENSIVE CULTURAL AND ARTS DISTRICT IN THE LINCOLN PARK COAST AREA OF THE CITY OF NEWARK. THE MUSIC FESTIVAL CONDUCTED IN THE SUMMER IS THE MOST SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITY.
